Introducing Microsoft Teams Integration

Motadata AIOps now seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams. Facilitating quick and easy notifications for alerts to organizations’ internal Teams channel. As a result, this allows for a timely response and actions to mitigate the issue.

Monitoring Support for Cisco ACI

This release introduces monitoring support for Cisco ACI under the new ‘SDN’ category in the discovery module. Out-of-the-box monitoring templates, Log collection profiles, along with key KPIs are available, enabling users to monitor various ACI components easily.

Arithmetic Operator support in Chart Widget

With this release, Motadata AIOps now supports major arithmetic operations for a handful aggregation selection which facilitates better visualization of the data in the widget. Users will be able to visualize data with operators like Log base to 10 or 2, Difference and Monotonic Difference.

Improved Notifications for Password, License, Refresh Token Expiry Updates

Users will now receive pop-up notifications well in-advance when their Passwords, License, or Refresh Tokens are about to expire. This will facilitate a planned and timely update.

Monitoring Support for HPE StoreOnce

This release brings the support for HPE StoreOnce under the new ‘Storage’ category in the Discovery module. Out-of-the-box Monitoring templates and specific counters are also available to Monitor all the storage related operations and components easily.

Proxy Server Support

This release brings Proxy server support for Mail, SMS, and Integrations like ServiceOps and ServiceNow. This facilitates an extra layer of security and allows Motadata AIOps to operate in an air-gapped network.

OOTB Custom SNMP Plugin

With this release, Motadata AIOps brings a custom SNMP plugin that extracts Memory utilization from String OID response.

Added Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria in Topology Scheduler

Users will now be able to include or exclude a specific set of monitors from the topology scan based on Tag, Group, IP or IP range.

Introducing Range Operator for Log & Flow Policy Configuration

With this release, users will be able to define a range for the counters they have selected at the time of configuring a Log/Flow policy. This will facilitate raising an alert when it lies between the specified range.

OOTB Report for Unhealthy Monitors

Introducing out-of-the-box (OOTB) reports for unhealthy monitors that will allow the users to quickly identify unhealthy monitors with failed polling. Users will also be able to schedule and export the report.

Improved Alert Pop-up

With this release, the Alert Pop-up will display the category of the triggered alert with added support for Event Policy (Log, Flow, and Trap). Along with that, it will also mention the event source context, enriching Alert pop-up and increasing user convenience.

Added Capability to Provision Device with same Hostname

Users will now be able to provision a device with the same Hostnames. Users will also have the option to edit Monitor names where the hostname cannot be changed.

Enhanced Custom Report

With this release, a new report category of “Polling Data” has been added in the Custom Reports section. Polling Data report will facilitate users to fetch raw poll data for any counter of a selected Monitor and timeline.

Improved Network Template

With this release, Motadata AIOps will only display the monitored interfaces in the port view of the Network Template.

Enhanced SNMP Plugin to Support Aruba Virtual Controllers

A denser OID set has been added, which facilitates Motadata AIOps to support an Aruba virtual controller and provide much more comprehensive monitoring.

Introducing SSH Plugin Enhancement for Cisco Embedded Wireless Controller (EWC)

With this release, users will be able to leverage the SSH Plugin for Cisco EWC and retrieve more comprehensive and information-rich data resulting in better monitoring.
