What’s New?

Introducing Compliance Module (BETA)

This release introduces a new Network Compliance Module. Now, you can leverage pre-defined CIS compliance rules or create your own custom rules for NCM-managed devices. Additionally, you can create a benchmark and schedule audit policies to ensure continuous compliance.

Support for OAuth 2.0 Protocol

Motadata AIOps introduces support for OAuth 2.0 authentication protocol with this release. Users will be able to configure OAuth using Google and Microsoft accounts. Additionally, Mail Server Settings can also be configured using OAuth 2.0.

Introducing ServiceNow Integration

Motadata AIOps now seamlessly integrates with ServiceNow. Allowing users to create incidents and events based on the alerts generated in Motadata AIOps. Enabling users to streamline incident management and improve operational efficiency.

Monitoring Support for NetApp ONTAP Clusters

This release brings the support for NetApp ONTAP Clusters under the new ‘Storage’ category in the Discovery module. Out-of-the-box Monitoring templates and specific counters are also available to Monitor all the storage related operations and components easily.

Added Support of Log and Trap Visualizations within individual Monitor Template

With this release, Motadata AIOps will display visualizations for Log and Trap data in the native Monitor template. Enhancing user’s ease of access by enriching the Monitor template.

Added a Manual Alert Clear Option for Availability Policy

Users can now manually clear an Alert raised through Availability Policy for all Monitors. A note can also be added when manually clearing the alert for their reference.

De-provisioning of Monitor and Instance defined by Policy

Users can now de-provision Monitor as well as instances as defined by their respective Availability policy when they are in the down-state for a certain period of time.

Improved URL Monitoring

With this release, URL monitoring has been enhanced significantly. Motadata AIOps now has all the pertaining status codes mapped with the URL availability.

Discovery re-run now available for Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) and Software Defined Network (SDN) Monitors

Users can now re-run discovery for existing Monitors in HCI and SDN category. This feature will allow users to add additional Nutanix and/or WAN Edge devices to Motadata AIOps.

Improved Heat Map Widget

With this release, users will be able to view Instance IPs upon hovering over a Heat Map tile. This enhances user convenience by providing in-depth information at a single glance.

Motadata AIOps now handles the display of Link status in much more depth with this release. Color-coded status signals will be displayed based on the severity state of the link, on the Topology screen.

Application Name Now Available on Flow Dashboard

Users can manually provide the application name and its port number which displayed as “unknown application”. This will allow for proper visualization of data on Flow dashboard.
